Core7 meets once a month for the Mastermind meeting but there are also two scheduled one-on-one partnership planning sessions, which typically take about 15-20 minutes. These calls are great- they’re guaranteed to create stronger relationships.
HOW LONG DOES A MASTERMIND MEETING LAST?
On the agenda, we have 3 hours blocked out but typically meetings can last 1 and a half to maybe 2 hours, on average. Here’s how we look at it -you’re supposed to have scheduled meetings with business partners as part of your business anyway! With Core7 you get to have productive meetings with all six professionals in one sitting!

HOW DO YOU EJECT PEOPLE FROM THE GROUP FOR NOT PRODUCING?

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO HAND OFF A REFERRAL: CALLM TEXT, OR EMAIL?
Email, without a doubt. It takes the follow-up away because the professional giving the referral can send it and know right away in the response that the client and the person they referred are connected. We have copy and paste emails that make those introductions- it’s easy. No more lost business cards or missed calls!
I’M NOT COMFORTABLE REFERRING CERTAIN PROFESSIONALS – I FEEL THAT MY CLIENTS WILL THINK IT’S WEIRD. HOW CAN CORE7 HELP ME WITH THIS?
If the referral is introduced properly by following the system, your clients will love you for it! You’re putting them in a better financial position. As long as the process is followed, everything will go smoothly. We have never received push back for my client. Sure, some clients may say ‘no, thank you,’ but it is never weird or pushy!
ARE REFERRALS EXPECTED TO BE TIT-FOR-TAT?
No, it’s clear that tit-for-tat will not happen, however, if the methodology is followed, the referral numbers will be so much higher than the normal.
SHOULD I BUILD MY GROUP WITH NEW, OR EXISTING PARTNERS?
Start with your existing partners because you can double the referral business just by implementing some of the systems and processes of Core7. Your existing partners are going to be in favor of forming a group with you because you’re already working together and supporting each other.
HOW BIG IS AN EXCLUSIVE TERRITORY FOR CORE7 AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
An exclusive territory is based on population. One territory is roughly 100,000 per zip code. Some territories may have slightly over 100,000, and some may have slightly under.
The cost is $600 per year for an exclusive territory – which is only $50 a month!
WILL I BE THE ONLY GROUP IN THE TERRITORY?
Yes! There is a one-year commitment for exclusive Core7 groups

WHAT MAKES CORE7 SO EFFECTIVE?
It is a mastermind group based on the 7 professionals that every individual should have working in a systematic predictable and accountable way.
It is all about teamwork. Most professionals try to own all aspects of a client’s financial plan, however, there is simply too much information to master to be a jack of all trades and have this benefit the client. It has to be a team where everyone is a specialist. In the Core7 Philosophy, we are not trying to monopolize the client or gain “Client Share”, we are trying to work as a team in the best interest of all of our clients.
