THE MAJOR CORE7 BENEFITS TO THE REALTOR THAT THEY ARE PROBABLY NOT RECEIVING

Now that the client has the Core7 team in place, talk about the benefits to the Realtor. 

MM:  That’s a great question Justin. Now, the way the Realtor benefits the most, is because the Financial Advisor, the Accountant, the P&C Agent and the Estate Planning Attorney are benefiting from every purchase.  If the Mortgage Originator and the Real Estate Attorney are doing their job cross-selling, everyone benefits. 

So, because of this, the Financial Advisor, the Estate Planning Attorney, the P&C Insurance person, and the Accountant all see the benefit of introducing the Realtor as much as they possibly can because the Realtor is the first professional that a person typically meets, because the home is usually the first major transaction. 

Each time they introduce their clients to their Real Estate partner, the Realtor creates the opportunity to meet that client’s network, family, and will take them through the same process.  

JB:  Mark, let me break this down in a real simple way.  It benefits the whole Core7 team when the Realtor meets a client because friends and family of that client are likely to contact the Realtor first as the logical first step in someone’s life and once a home is purchased, all of these professionals are needed. 

MM:  Exactly.  So, the Financial Professionals are making the introductions to the Realtor using the Referral Generator all the time, so when these clients are purchasing new homes, all members are benefiting. 

JB:  And now it’s a predictable, systematic cycle. 

MM:  Absolutely.  The main purpose of the Core7 System is to create a complete financial plan and a full financial team that creates a protective wall around the client.
